Rainbow Preschool is a not-for-profit, community-based preschool proudly serving families since 1948. We provide a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging environment for children aged 3-5 years. We believe children learn best through play-based, child-led, and inquiry-driven experiences. Our programs seamlessly combine indoor and outdoor learning, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) V2.0 2022 and the National Quality Framework (NQF). At Rainbow Preschool, children benefit from above-ratio educator-to-child numbers, ensuring each child receives the personal attention they deserve.

    Our family has been part of the Rainbow Preschool community over the past 4 years, with our son attending in 2023/24 and our daughter attending in 2025 and now this year 2026 being her final year.

    Both of our children have loved their time here at Rainbow Preschool.

    They were always excited to go to school and even more excited to come home and tell us all about their day.

    They especially loved the BIG AMAZING PLAYGROUND. That truly feels like a child’s dream, doing arts and crafts, making new friendships and learning so many new things.

    We love how welcome the families are made to feel. The teachers are always so kind, caring and supportive.

    They’re always happy to have a chat and listen to any concerns.

    The staff at Rainbow Preschool go above and beyond, from simply greeting you each morning with a smile to organising wonderful events that are very enjoyable.

    Our time at Rainbow Preschool has been nothing short of AMAZING! We are so sad that this is our last year. We will definitely miss it.

    Rainbow Preschool has been a truly wonderful place for my children. From the moment they started, they felt welcomed and excited to learn.

    The environment is both fun and engaging, helping my children connect with others and make lasting friendships.

    Rainbow preschool is an amazing experience for children and families. From the moment of enrolment, come and see days, to attending preschool you feel welcomed, reassured and a part of their community. The educators make all children feel safe to be 100% themselves and enjoy every part of their day. They care for students of all needs and all backgrounds, dealing with difficult drop-offs, special needs, high emotional days and even celebratory days, all being met with kindness, patience and warmth.

    As a parent all you can hope is your children feel nurtured, safe, and happy while out of your care. Rainbow Preschool truly embodies this and has created an environment well beyond expectations and I feel very fortunate that my children get to be a part of such a truly incredible preschool.
